My stay at the hotel left much to be desired. The rooms were a letdown with malfunctioning amenities, and the pricing seemed unreasonable considering the additional resort fees. The early morning disturbance due to overflow was certainly unexpected. On the bright side, the service turned out to be a silver lining despite a few hiccups, such as the absence of adaptors and cutlery upon request.
